1. General Terms & Acceptance

To register and use jtbdt, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and for the duration of your account's existence:

• You are registering voluntarily, for personal entertainment purposes only, and not on behalf of any third party or commercial entity.
• You are not currently self-excluded from jtbdt or from any other licensed gambling platform as part of an active self-exclusion agreement.
• The information you provide during registration — including your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and address — is accurate, complete, and up to date. jtbdt will rely on this information for identity verification and payment processing.
• You are acting on your own behalf and using your own funds. You are not acting as an agent or proxy for any other person or entity.
• You are not a current or former employee of jtbdt or any of its affiliated companies, subsidiaries, or gaming software partners.

jtbdt reserves the right to request documentary proof of any of the above eligibility criteria at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

Each player may register only one account on jtbdt. Opening multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jtbdt will close all but one account at its sole discretion and may forfeit any balances or bonus funds held across the duplicate accounts.

3. Account Obligations

As a registered player on jtbdt, you accept the following ongoing obligations with respect to your account:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must notify jtbdt's support team immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, or if you believe your credentials have been compromised.
• All activity conducted through your account — including deposits, wagers, withdrawals, and bonus claims — is deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have notified jtbdt of an unauthorised access in accordance with the above.
• You must keep your registered contact details, including your mobile number and email address, accurate and current at all times. jtbdt uses these details to deliver important account notifications, verification codes, and transaction confirmations.
• You must not use your jtbdt account for any commercial purpose, including operating as a betting agent, running a syndicate, or reselling game outcomes or betting tips to third parties for profit.
• You must not use any automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or other mechanical means to interact with the jtbdt platform in any way, including to place bets, play games, or claim bonuses.
• You must not engage in any form of collusion with other players, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or live table games, coordinated betting patterns designed to exploit promotional terms, or any other form of cheating.

jtbdt employs a combination of automated fraud detection systems and manual account reviews to monitor compliance with these obligations. Where a breach is identified, jtbdt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account, void any pending or settled bets placed in connection with the breach, and withhold or recover any funds obtained as a result of the breach.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

jtbdt supports a range of payment methods tailored specifically to the needs of players in Bangladesh. All transactions on the jtbdt platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT) unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits are accepted via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash, Tap, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. 5. Bonuses & Promotions

jtbdt offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, Eid, and T20 World Cup tournaments. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

Wagering Requirements: Unless an individual offer explicitly states otherwise, all bonus funds and any winnings generated from free spins are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. 8. Account Closure & Termination

• The player has violated any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to the account obligations set out in Section 3.
• jtbdt reasonably suspects the player of engaging in fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other form of financial crime or manipulation.
• The player has initiated a chargeback or payment dispute with their payment provider in respect of a jtbdt transaction without first contacting jtbdt's support team to resolve the matter directly.
• jtbdt is required to close the account by law, regulatory instruction, or court order.
• The player's account has been inactive (no login or transaction activity) for a continuous period of 12 months or more. In such cases, jtbdt will provide reasonable prior notice before any dormancy fees are applied or the account is closed.

Where an account is closed by jtbdt due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited in whole or in part, at jtbdt's sole discretion, to offset losses or damages arising from the breach. jtbdt will provide written notification of any such forfeiture decision to the email address registered on the account.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, represent the entire agreement between you and jtbdt with respect to your use of the platform. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. jtbdt's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
